Salir corriendo

(Make a run for it.)

I just cant deny, most focus thoughts I could ever made is always when I'm in a 'run'.

“Energy expenditure is directly proportional to how much you go up and down. If you can minimize up and down movement, you can lower your energy expenditure. The more you lean forward when you run, the more it adds a horizontal component to your energy usage.” - Vern Vanderbuilt

Vern Vanderbuilt works as a rocket scientist at Nasa. Besides improve emotional state, 'running' also can reverse aging. As Wikipedia state;

as many participants in the sport report feeling an elated, euphoric state, often referred to as a "runner's high". - Boecker H et al., Cereb Cortex (2008); 18(11)2523–31. The Runner's High: Opiodergic Mechanisms in the Human Brain

And I never thought I would fall in love with - 'runner's high'. Since when do I started 'salir corriendo'?

I cant give damn exact answers; all I can say is; I run because I cant fall asleep.

Insomnia - happened because your brain cant stop working. I just want to focused it.

So I make a run for it.

p/s: I hope 'she' will understood - off-topic.
